Single Button Electronic Monitor - The monitor turns on through movement of the wooden foot pedals or by a push of the button. Three windows let you view multiple values simultaneously. Tracks strokes per min, stroke count, distance, speed, time, and calories burned. It shuts off automatically after 2 min of inactivity but retains all of your information, allowing you to store total values over cumulative sessions. T-bar Handle - Single t-bar is designed to more closely mimic the single-oar, competition-rowing style. Padded grips help prevent blisters on longer rows. The handle is attached to a metal pull-chain for extra strength and durability. Foam Padded Seat - A thick foam-padded seat keeps you comfortable even on longer rows.
